Go to the Administrative Panel and click on 
Edit Pages under the Page Setup Menu option. This will open the Site Page List window.
Locate the name of the Site Page that you would like to delete and click on the 
Edit Page Settings icon to the left of the page name.
This will open the Edit Page Definition window.
Locate and click on to permanently remove the Site Page.
